No one is coming to save us! We must do this ourselves.
It only takes breaking through to a few council members to get the ball rolling in our favour.
Do not underestimate the power of your voice and your ability to make a difference.
We are the ones we have been waiting for.

At Life Force Nation we know there is no power for the people on a federal or provincial level.
Why?
Governments are corporations, fictional entities. Our main priority in gaining our freedom against tyranny and government overreach is FOCUSING our energy on our Towns, on our local municipality. This is where our power is!
We are not against our government. We are FOR the people! We are not here to plead. We are here to educate and give direction.
Unfortunately, every Canadian Town/City Council has been taken over by the UN Agenda. The restructuring of Canadian Mayors and municipalities under the offices of the United Nations began in 1992 where Prime Minister Mulroney signed Canada on to UN Agenda 21. Canada thus became a UN member nation state. 178 countries signed on, lured by the promise of big money and to go green by the year 2000.
Countries including Canada were being governed by directions of the UN, G7 G20, World economic forum and World Health Organization. Every organization named is a foreign-based NGO non-governmental organization and every member of all these organizations is unelected.
In 1994 a municipal primer was issued to all local towns outlining how they were to restructure their governments though the municipal primer which was a non-binding agreement all towns adopted.
Since then, our public officials, mayor and councillors have all partnered with a private corporation.
Our Mission is to engage and educate our local town councils on what is the true agenda of these organizations (UN, WEF etc).
At Life Force Nation we provide you with access to scripts and resources to support you in presenting at your local council meetings.
The Local Solution to Municipal Government
Shelagh (She/Law) is an author/advocate who fully understands “municipal governments”, and how Canada was usurped by the “Global-to-Local” UN Agenda2030, starting in 1992. She ran for Councillor (Kincardine 2014) and Mayor (Guelph 2022) to stop this global government takeover where it starts—locally, in our CITY HALLs.
Shelagh’s work is summarized in her two publications:
- “The POGG Primer: Ending the Public/Private Partnership Fraud” (2023) outlines the Local Problem: How the UN Agenda 21 (1992) was used to restructure governance in Canada, hijack personal sovereignty, and access local revenue to fund proven bioweapons. How local Officials are engaged in “public security fraud”—administrating “public” (accounts,) but sworn in as “private” (accountants.)
- This summer (2025,) Shelagh released her follow-up to the POGG Primer, “The POGG Protocol: Emergency Estate Redemption”—her solution to Canada’s usurped sovereignty. In it she offers nine easy, peaceful solutions to restore local “Peace, Order, and Good Governance” and “Take Back Your Town.” From re-oathing local Officials to initiating a private Emergency Redemption process.
This is How It is Done!
At Life Force Nation we are here to support this initiative in educating our mayors/council and remind them that they are committing fraud and the men and women of the land known as Canada will be holding them personally accountable in their private capacity. We need to remember that:
- All governments are corporations.
- How the Monarch, Government, Corporations, and Police are ALL public servants.
- How the people (living men and women) are the highest law council of the land.
Developing a clear and concise strategic plan will ensure your Local team is moving towards shared goals.
The Take Back Your Town Team
Deputations to Calgary City Council
Deputation Template Download from Maggie Braun
Steps are as follows:
1. Contact the City Clerk’s Office to register your deputation request and offer a brief statement about the topic that you wish to present to Council. You should be able to go online through your town/city website. Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted by someone in the City Clerk’s office to offer a date. In might take a week or more to receive this call or email. When approved, your deputation will appear on the Council’s Agenda.
2. You will have five minutes which is the allowed time for your deputation. It goes fast. It is best that you plan what you want to say carefully. We recommend you download the deputation template above and add in your town/city name.
3. After your presentation, Council members may comment or ask you questions. If they do, this is your opportunity to add to your presentation because there are no time limits imposed.
The Mayor will eventually ask Council to “accept” your deputation which simply means that it will be scheduled for closed-session discussions by Council at a later date.
4. Remember, follow up with your Ward Councillor. Unless you do, your deputation will fade into history and you will never know what Council decided to do with it.
